Model 29-5 Classic 5" value

Have a model 29-5 classic 5" full lug barrel. Would like to sell it and buy a model 25 in .45 colt. Can anyone help me with pricing on this revolver, I don't have any idea what it could be worth. No box or papers, nice blue appox 98%, one small scratch on frame you have to look hard at to find, houge grips. Looking on the auction sites doesn't show any for sale, is this configuration hard to find?

I would say they are uncommon, but I have seen a few. I saw one for sale this summer for around $700 give or take. I don't remember exactly, but I don't think it had the box. I seriously considered it, but I already have a 629 with 5 inch barrel, so really did not need a blue one. Perhaps someone else has some better information.

My value would be $650 to $700 as described. LNIB would add $100 to $150. The five inch Classics are getting harder to find.

It's a great piece - my 629 5" classic -newer is sweet to shoot and pretty classy to look at. I'm not a good resource for you but I'd pay $650-750 depending.
