Hi everyone i just purchased my first SW revolvers one is a model 29 44 mag Blued S/N is RPY4086.

Any insight to the year of MFG would be great

Also the front sight is white was this a option or standard for year

That's a unique s/n. Could be something special.

Did it come with the box? If "Yes" post a picture of the end label. A picture of the gun wouldn't hurt none, either.

Hi thanks for the info. No it didn't come with a box it was one of 3 revolvers I just purchased all in mint condition. All 3 are being ship now and I should have late next week for a picture. I have had no luck looking this one up
