I have a model 34 in .22lr, sn 27881 but on the butt it has M62084. What can you tell me and what is the value.

The M number is the serial number which indicates 1973 manufacture - condition and barrel length dictates value - you did not note either. $200 - $450 maybe...

Well, yes. Condition and barrel length (2" or 4"). Finish (nickel or blue) will also affect the price.

But . . . one in high graded condition will bring twice what you have quoted, Ken. The Kit Guns are increasingly in demand.

I can confirm what Jack has said. I recently sold a 2" Blued, Round Butt, 34-1 (with its box and all the goodies) that was about 98% for $650. That seems to be in line with what I have seen others sell for recently.

I'd consider $450 the low end.

There is a nickel 34-1 4" that has been sitting at a pawn shop where I live for a few months now. Priced at $550, not sure if people are not interested in it because of the price or because the timing is off, good condition otherwise.

I've had this beater for 5 years now. About my favorite revolver except for hitting a little high with 40 gr bullets. I have a 17-3 and a 18-3 i don't think have been shot since I got this one around the "Newtown incident." Joe
