I have a problem with my model 36 no dash. With the cylinder closed I can rotate it clockwise by hand. It looks as if the cylinder stop is worn a little. The gun is in excellent shape and seems to be in perfect time. Do I need to have the cylinder stop and spring replaced? Is this something I can do by myself? Any suggestions please....

Shoot the oil to it, if you know how to take it apart. Do so and give it a good cleaning.
