model 459 rear sight

i have recently had my 459 refinished. since then the rear sight has started to move freely. was wondering if the gun smith had put the rear sight back in incorrectly. is this possible? if so how can i re-attach it properly?

Fixed or adjustable? If adjustable, the pdf thumbnail in this thread may be helpful - those things sure are intricate.

It is a fixed sight. I did find that the sight was installed backwards with allowed it to float. Ended up removing the slide and put into a vice. Very gently with a punch and hammer tapped it into place while pushing the fireing pin lock springs down until it was centered. I have not taken it out to shoot it as of yet to make sure it is fixed and straight.

If the sight is too loose, use a sharp punch to dimple the bottom of the sight in a couple of places. That will tighten it up. Is there no set screw?
