how can you tell if a smith & wesson has round or square butt grips? I picked up a beautiful 586 at a gun show with oversized wood grips and was thinking of switching to some good finger groove grips for shooting. I have finger groove grips on my 617 and and they feel much better when I'm shooting but have never known how to tell if a gun in round or square butt. any advice would be helpful. Thanks.
