Model 59 Barrel Marking

I just purchased a Model 59 that is marked CDI SCTVL KY on the left side of the barrel towards the muzzle end. Can anyone enlighten me as to the significance and meaning of this marking.

Cole Distributing Inc. was an importer in Scottsville KY that at one time had a large presence on Gunbroker until the owner died and the company closed. Your model 59 probably spent time in Israel.
