Just bought one last month for I believe $601. It was the fixed sight not HI VIZ sight model though.

I'd jump on that price, I don't think you can beat it - no tax or shipping. Plus, I sent a check to avoid the credit card charge.

I have had only good experiences with Bud's. I have probably purchased three or four guns from them over the years.

My local shop (Sacramento) wants about $649 for the 3-inch model 60. I've looked at it more than a few times. They're nice weapons.

If it's SKU #162430, it has a current MSRP of $759. I'd check their price on the '60 Pro', like mine, below:

The 60 Pro, SKU #178013, has a tritium Night Sight front sight, 'target' barrel, enhanced trigger, and a high hold wood grip - for a current MSRP of $779 - just a list of $20 more! Just a thought...

I have several friends who buy regularly from Bud's and all have had absolutely no problems. I buy infrequently and from local gun stores.

PS As you can tell, my self defense rounds are .38 Special +P 158gr LHPSWCs. My .357 Magnum homebrews are pretty wimpy. That wood grip is perfect for those +P's.
