Model 60 Date of Manufacture

Can someone more knowledgeable tell me about a Mod 60 Stainless with serial number BAA 52XX? Thank you.

It was given to me by a small town Chief of Police many years ago and I now use it sometimes (sometimes a PT 145 M Pro) for concealed carry (permit).
