Yes, you have the highly esteemed Model 60-7. I have had two of the standard versions over the years and I recently bought a used LadySmith exactly like yours from a fellow Forum member. As far as I'm concerned, every version up to the -6 was an attempt at making it better and every version after -7 was an attempt to cut costs and cheapen the product in some way. If yours is indeed unfired, it is worth more than any equivalent Model 60 being made today. If you insist on selling it, hold out for top dollar. If you want to have the absolute best steel frame snub nose .38 revolver that was ever made, keep it and shoot it.
