Model 60 pro

I just picked the model 60 pro yesterday. I love it. Fit and finish is superb!!! Pics and a range report will be forthcoming.
I have to admit, I have a problem; I'm addicted to J frames! Especially the ones in .357 flavor. I'm new to the forum and will share my love of these fine revolvers when ever I get the chance.

No, it does not have any porting. It has a 3" barrel, front night sight, and the frame looks like a small 686SSR. I am going to do a range report on it and try to post some pictures as well. (if I can figure out how)

I almost bought one of these when the "3 inch Bug" bit me a while ago. It's an interesting revolver to look at, and fits my hand well. I ended up tripping over a Model 65 for a good price, and the Pro got voted off the island.

Every time I see a thread by a new Model 60 Pro Owner, I second guess my decision. So, take it easy on me, OK? I'm not sure I can take another "I Love my 60 Pro and Don't You Wish You Had One" thread.

Congrats on the new pistol! Definately give us some pics of targets when you have the chance.

Wasn't mine, but I was helping test it. It's amazing how the slightly redesigned grips and the 3" barrel help control the .357 recoil. Very manageable.

That is one nice looking a pistol. I think my 60 pro NEEDS a big brother too!!!

i would like one if they made one in 9mm its a nice looking gun even with the look without the lock it would be really nice

I am envious of you 60 pro owners, after purchasing my 60-15 Hi Viz the 60 Pro was introduced by S&W. Although I treasure my little 5 shooter, I must say the pro is much better looking. Maybe one will show up in the near future

And that Big Brother is also very nice looking and the two seem to compliment one another.
