Just found an old 61-2 Escort at a pawn shop for a really good deal and having been wanting one for a while, I threw it on layaway. Serial is B23409. This will be my first smith and im excited to get it home, cleaned, and then go out and test it. Also would like to track down a set of the brown grips from the blued version if anyone has a set they'd let go for cheap. I know they were only made for a few years but I'd like to know for sure.
