I carry my 629-2 3" in a Simply Rugged 3" pancake holster and don't even know its there .

Azulu holsters out of North Carolina has been my choice for IWB and Owb leather holsters now for several years. Just received my IWB for my model 60, 3 inch. Perfect!!

Just about any maker can supply a holster for a 3" N frame. This Summer Special was made by Milt Sparks.

I carry my 29 3" in an old leather holster made for an Astra Terminator 3". Desantis makes a nice thumbstrap pancake that's nearly identical.

When I'm in the woods I've got a nice El Paso Saddlery crossdraw thumbstrap in russet so I can carry my rifle strong side.

These are great for field / hunting carry because they support strong side or crossdraw for when you are sitting in your stand or jumping in your truck. AND, it covers the trigger and protects the hammer - which is mandatory in my book for use afield.

Works great for me, especially crossdraw

I have two Tucker Gun Leather holster for my 629 3", the Texas Heritage IWB for revolvers and the HF3 OWB. Both holsters are very well made and the delivery was really quick.

And yes I pack 629 3" barrel IWB.

I carry my 3" 629-1 in an El Paso Sadellry, outside holster. It is my "everglades gun" so concealment is not an issue. Very good holster.
