Picked up a nice, tight used snubbie 64-2.

Only funny thing is the book says it should have a pinned barrel, which it does not. Any ideas?

Whatever the case

It's a nice revolver. Looks good and I expect it to shoot just as good when I get a chance to put a few rounds through it.

I would love to find a 64 snub at a reasonable price. As much as I like J frames, they are just too small for my hand.

Everytime I ever see a snub 64 in my area,(which is not common), it is $600+ and sells immediately. I don't know what your physical size is, but I am over six feet tall, so my hand size really prefers K frames.

Good purchase.

Very nice, congrats on your find. I have been looking for a 64 snub for a while now with no luck. The 64's are some of the best K frames smith ever made. They are the perfect balance of simplicity, durability, and size.
