I suspect you would have to get a historical letter to be sure. Could be any town or city that starts with a B although I suspect a bigger agency due to the three numbers. My department was smaller our guns were PD1 up to PD125 as I recall. They issued them by badge number. I got #74. There were many agencies that issued the 64. We had 65s We got to buy them for $100 when we switched to Sig.
