As the owner of a 645 and a 745, I always looked at the under cut of the 4506 frame area beneath the trigger guard with some envy. I was missing out on being able to get high up on the pistol, getting that desired low bore axis.
Until I got a 4506 some time later. And I really like my 4506, but it’s not as comfortable as a 745/645.
But then again, later…. I got a 4566. S&W rounded that area off. In my opinion, the 4566 is the best of the bunch.
I’m always on the look out for Pachmyrs for my 645. But so far, no luck.
