New guy here.
I am looking at a 66-2 with two inch bbl.
The cylinder release is difficult to actuate. Does this indicate a problem?
The gun looks very nice, otherwise.

The extractor rod could simply be loose, which makes it longer. It's a common condition when the rod is simply hand-tightened. There is a clamp-like tool for tightening the rod without marking or scoring it, which usually happens when a plier is used.

Ed..I will look at it today at the gun shop. I will do the simple test that I just read here to see if this gun is in working order. Thanks for the info. The gun looks great, but I will do the tests.
