model 66 4K serial number

I have recently acquired a smith and wesson model 66 serial number 4Kxxxxx it has a 3 1/4 inch barrel with adjustable rear sights and pacmyer(?) grips that I'm not sure are origin with the gun. The grips are marked smith and wesson on the inside. Any ideas on the guns value?

Disregard earlier barrel length it's a 4 inch barrel.

Grips are not original to the gun. Marked S&W on the inside to indicate what kind of gun they were made for. Pics go a lonnnng way to help evaluate condition/values. Nice clear photos from several different angles are necessary to answer your questions accurately.

Around here that gun would go for between four and five hundred dollars. Prices may be higher or lower where you live. I hope this is of some help.

looks like a 66 no dash, early one with the (in certain circles) more sought after all SS rear sights.

I did get a response from smith and wesson yesterday that it is a model 66 no dash manufactured in 1974. It was a gift that I have really enjoyed shooting.

Guys - is it just me, or does it look like the rear sideplate screw has been installed at the middle, lower position? I'm thinking if the Pachmayrs were removed, we'd see a round head screw in the rear position.
