I have a line on a Model 66-6 F Comp. Its a Performance Center gun, gun only, no box. Looks to be in excellent condition. Has Hogue finger groove grips. Asking price is $1000, which I think is a bit strong for a dash 6 with the interlock. All opinions welcome. I don't need it, but it would fit well between my 642 and my 629 comp guns.

I'd agree with that statement....

Would pay much more for the original version, if one was available, than $1000 for the -6.

Just my opinion....

If I did no already own one, I would be trying to negotiate that deal a bit.

$1,000 might be a bit high, but when was the last time you saw a used one come up for sale?

The 3" K or L frame "Comp" revolvers are all very nice shooters.

Shame the box and grips are missing. That revolver came with great grips, pretty wood and they fit my hand just right.

Bit strong. Agreed. Pass unless you can't live without it.
