Model 66 no dash, date?

I have a 4" Model 66, SN 7K54xxx. It's a former police-issue. Anyone know the general date of manufacture?

According to the Standard Catalog of Smith&Wesson, serial numbers 7K26044-7K70577 were made in 1975.
