Just curious, does it still have the stainless rear sight? I for one would like to see pictures if you could.

No it doesn't have he stainless rear sight,but is pinned and recessed.any idea how to post Pictures from an iPhone?

Too high tech for me. The reason I asked about the rear sights is the very early ones were stainless. Congrats on finding your birth year gun.
