That is probably not a bad price for what I see in my area. Picked up one nearly new, doesn't appear to have been shot, original grips with small imperfection for $515. Box with it but not matching numbers.
Saw one right after that at a gun show for $550 with box and papers, not nearly as clean as mine though.
You'll not be arrested for thievery, and I doubt that you will find too many folks saying that $435 isn't a fair price. If it has the stainless rear sight, that makes it a slightly better deal.
SS rear sights add $$ to value BUT are a pain to see through in bright light conditions. Later editions had a blackened SS sight. You can replace the SS sight with a dark one (either plain blue or blackened SS) if you plan to use it as a shooter.
The front sight can be darkened with a Sharpie pen if you wish. The no-dash is going to be a front sight integral with barrel unit. If you want to take the gun out of the collector realm you can have a good pistolsmith mill the old front off, then replace it with a key cut in pinned front of various persuasions. Could even be fiber optic or gold bead if you want.
I saw a no dash with ss sights yesterday for $429 in really good shape. I probably would have tried to talk him down $50,but I have one justice like It.
