Model 67

Just purchased a Model 67 no dash. Will post pictures in a bit. It is in great shape.

I just bought a M67-1 from Gunbroker. Its shown as in excellent condition, but I have not got it yet. We will see! It has the Magna grips, so I have ordered a Tyler T grip. I will get a Lobo Gun Leather OWB holster. This will replace my SP101, a nicely built gun, but one that I don't shoot well. So, I am going back to S&W. I am a two gun guy, by choice, so it will get shot a lot. My other gun is a M442, which I am thinking about changing to a M60. I think I will really like the M67. Enjoy yours.
I also believe in the wad cutter. I will cary the M67 with BB 150 gr hardcast WC's. I use the lower velocity Double Tap hardcast WC's in the M442. They are still quite a bit faster than target WC's.

I'm thinking of getting a set of maple Ahrend's grips. It will be a nice match with my Model 15.

The first rounds through it will be my handloads. 158 grain SWC over 5 grains of Unique.

Got 67-1 with target grips at my LGS in 99% cond. for 435.00 otd. Was not even looking for one. Just had to get it. Its a 1979 model.

When I figure out how to post a picture I will. Needless to say, using Flitz made a significant improvement. It will be awhile until the Ahrends grips arrive, in the meantime a set of S&W Target grips will suffice.

158 grain SWC of 5 grains of Unique is a beautiful thing.

Don't have a M67 (yet), but the load mentioned made me recall the 'field load' I used in various .38's for years.
It was the hardcast Lyman #358156GC over 5.5 Gr. Unique. Probably a +P level load, but shot that for a long time. Still have some I loaded in the '90's.
