Model 906 Value

I know someone who has a 906 he wants to sell. As far as I know it's in good condition, probably around 85-90%. He's wanting $400 for it, but I'm pretty sure it can be had for less, probably $350..I don't really need another 9mm, but I was wanting to get a "companion" for my 1006. What do y'all think?
Comments/ opinions are all welcome.

Edit: I need to find out from the seller which model it is, 5906 or 6906, I do know it's the Stainless one.

I do know it's not a 908. Forgive me, I've still got alot to learn about the 9mm 3rd gens.
