Model identification

I am looking for exact model needing some parts the bolt seems to be not locking the cylinder needs replacement or modding after I find out the model I will go to numrich I believe it is a Spanish clone pre 1931

Welcome! As you surmised it appears to be an S & W copy. If you can determine the manufacturer you might be able to find parts for it. Posting photos of all of the stampings may help.
