Info please.
I've been wanting one since I bought my 9mmPro
I have seen a 40 Pro with 4" and NS

Thanks HG356
I'll get my S&W pusher to grab one for me

Just got mine but havent shot it yet, its the 4 1/4 inch model pro series with the night sights, trigger pull is around 4 lbs.

Anyone shoot one of these yet?
Anyone plan on using for any competitions?

I have one on lay-away w/Bud's. Plan on getting it next month. Can't wait to shoot it. Hoping it (I?) shoots as well as the 9 Pro 5" bbl.

Thinking about starting up in local IDPA but matches are all Saturdays when I work.

I have one. Love it, but the trigger sucks. Bad. I was going to sell it and get an XDM 5.25, but put the APEX FSS and the RAM in it first, now I wouldn't trade it for anything.

I used the factory trigger spring, and the factory sear spring, and got the trigger pull down to around 3 pounds.

I have one and love it. Ive shot 500 rounds through it and not one problem. very accurate. My Pro 9 was horrible accuracy wise but the 40 is dead on. I may end up selling it because I was going to get into USPSA but may not now. I highly recommend the gun.

The striker-fired guns really don't fit into the hammered SA/DAO mold very well. Some fire from a partial-cocked striker, some from fully cocked, either way the triggers usually aren't bragged on. That's where all the aftermarket companys come in like Apex, AeroTek and Powder River for M&P, Glock and XDs'. I have both the 9 & 40 Pro, I replaced the front sight on the 9 to get a six-O'clock hold and polished the trigger along the Burwell info. The 40 shot were I wanted it to but never had as good of a trigger till I installed the Apex sear in it.

I have a 40 L with 5" barrel and night sights. I have shot it in a few matches. Seems better accuracy wise than my 9L. It is the only gun I have with night sights, so I am going to use it in the S&W Indoor Nationals. I shoot tomorrow, I will give a range report on how it works out. I have the apex kit and RAM, love the trigger. Comp trigger spring with duty sear spring. Light smooth take up, then a harder smooth pull. Have not put a trigger pull gauge on it, but I like the setup for reset under recoil. When I used all comp springs, I sometimes ran right through a second not so well placed shot:(
