Have 1 686-4, 6 shot, NO LOCK, hammer mounted firing pin, round sight body (in case you want to drop in a CS or Bowen rear). Very good to excellent overall condition, with only 1 noticable handling mark (cant see in photos) just above the trigger guard.
Action is very smooth and clean for a factory gun, timing/lock up are a bit above average (at least in my experience).

Comes with factory rubber grips and a set of as new checkered factory wood service grips.
