I was checking these guys out online. Really liked their prices and was wondering if anyone has used their product before. I'm interested in 9mm and they have a pretty decent selection cheaper than anything else i've found so far. How is their quality. I am not a serious competitor but don't want to rely on spray and pray either.

The gamesters that hang out over on Brian Enos forum seem to like them a lot. Cheaper by the case.

I live near Kalispell where MT Gold Bullets are made and the only beef I have is I have to buy them online and pay for shipping!!!!!:(
They use to sell to us local guys and delete the shipping.

BUT as for the quality of the bullets---they shoot just as good or better than any other bullet I have tried. I can shoot 1" groups at 50 yards with my Marlin 44 mag and Marlin 357 mag rifles with thier bullets. I do not own a 9mm so I can't say for that caliber but I bet they are good too.

They shoot very welll in my smith's and Rugers too. Buy them with confidence!

OH, by the way I have no connections with them. I just like thier products.

MTG bullets dominate the USPSA/IDPA crowd in Montana and Idaho. I used to buy thousands of them from Norm and deliver to the club in Idaho Falls.
Great product that truly delivers!!

I've used thousands of 115gr MG FMJs with never an issue. Great product, super service for a fair price. What more could a guy ask??

Montana Gold 115 and 124 grain JHP's 9mm are all I ever shot in my G17. Shot thousands of them. Never had a problem loading them and when I could hold the pistol, 10 shot groups 1" to 1 1/2" were pretty common at 15 yds. That is as well as I can see to shoot.

I just wish they had a bigger selection of .38 caliber bullets.

Montana gold are great bullets, but quite frankly if I look at 125 jhp for 38 at both mg and zero, the mg bullets are $40 a thousand more than zeros. That's not a good deal in my book. For that price, sorry, they can keep them.

So are comparing jacketed to lead prices or comparing price of 500 or 1000 or a case lot?

As others have stated...Good to Go. Been shooting them for fifteen years...Maybe longer?

Best deal is to by them by the case.

I guess that is why I buy MT Gold as I buy them by the case. It is cheaper that way for sure.

Using MG 115gr HP 9mm, and like them better than anything else I have ever used. All I ever buy for 9mm now. Beware though, this is not a "true" hollow point bullet per their website. In other words, it will not expand like a normal hollow point. I only use them for target shooting.

This is a 50 yard target using MT Gold .357 158 gr. HP bullets. This is out of my Marlin 1894C carbine.

I got one of their nearly 4000 round 9mm 124 case lots....thought it would be a 'lifetime supply'....but whoa.....it turned out they was a buncha fun & worked really good....so I ordered 'nother case. No problems except bending down to clean up all them empties ....

great product/great price IMHO....

I feed three 9mm guns for competition with mg 124 jhp bullets right now. Mine is an XD limited gun with a ton of mods and my moms was limited but has been upgraded with a cmore red dot. We run a 970 fps load for steel shooting, there is no minimum power factor. My gun just barely cycles when I shoot single weak handed with this load. My dad's gun is an open 1911 that runs a load that is hotter than listed max in the loading books (has to run the compensator). They all shoot the best with MG's and the cost is the same as berry's plated.
