Motorcycle Question

I'm going to make myself unpopular here. You will spend the rest of your days wishing you had bought a bigger Harley. You will never be totally accepted by the Harley community, you might think so but they will consider you a newbie behind your back.

Caj, found this on Facebook. Just buy what you want and trick it out like the bike here. No one will say a thing! :D

The Sportsters and the "Big Twins" are not your only options. HD also makes 2 models that look a lot like Sportsters, but are smaller/lighter and considerably less expensive than the "Big Twins". The primary mechanical difference is that they have the 96 cubic inch engine instead of the larger 103 cubic inch engine of the more expensive models. MSRP on these 2 models is $12,999

Speaking strickly for myself I could give a rodent's derrier what today's "Harley community" thinks of me, or anything else for that matter. The vast majority of 'em are a bunch of self centered yuppie ****** that pay somebody else to bolt on their plastic chrome covers then sit around the bar boasting about the "mods" that "they" did & how much it cost.
That $200 hand tooled Gucci leather tool pouch probably contains a cell phone. They'll have a cool plastic cover with 2 dozen #4 button head allen screws installed over their axles Then bee-yotch at the mechanic because their rear tire change took longer than flat rate. They'll buy a huge gold patch for their jacket (how long ya gotta prospect for one o' those, I wonder ;)) and somehow think I'm their "bro."

GAWD! I'm glad I don't have to deal with those people anymore! :D
