Not guilty of all charges....Jack is the one who got arrested for open carrying near the Obama rally. I've been following the progress of the trial yesterday and today on a local forum. Justice is served......

Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should do it.

No one won anything; no one was convinced of anything; and a bunch of time and energy were wasted. Grand gestures are often like that.

This guy was carrying. He was detained and later charged. All the effort that was wasted came from the DA, the sheriff's dept, and the state police.

If the guy meant any harm, he probably would have concealed his gun. I guess Johnny Law has an obligation to investigate. How they could arrest him is another question. Not the smartest idea, open carry near any political rally.

^^ obviously they didnt have better things to do ^^ it gets worse and worse EVERYDAY!

If Wyatt Earp wouldn't let him wear that gun in Tombstone then why in hell would he think the local sheriff would let him wear it at a political rally.

Because Pa. is an open carry state. This man was NOT at the rally. He was at a nearby park. People who attended the rally needed tickets to get in.

Again open carry is legal in Pa. I have done it myself. Didn't get arrested , hassled, or even noticed.

So does the presence of a nominee for president negate state law?

Norman, it will - eventually.

Remember when Bill Gates got the whipped cream pie in his face? Try getting close enough to one of these prima donas to give them the pie.

The day is coming, and soon, when they will travel around, completely removed from the people they "serve," and the best you will be able to hope for will be to see their imagine on the jumbotron. But as you say, for now they have this nasty little problem with the states...

Yes, it was a BS case. Yes, he shouldn't have been arrested and charged. Yes, whether it was legal or not, it was probably not a real good idea on his part....and....yes, he should now sue the socks off of those that arrested and charged him! Now...YES!...he should prevail in his case and completely ruin and improvise those that did this to him. That's BS!:(

COME ON, GIMME A BREAK! WHEN DOES THAT SILLINESS END?
