My area of the Lower (western) Hudson Valley ( 75 miles from Times Square as crow flys) has lots of comings and goings. Lots of new, large homes, not mansions, getting built on 2-5 acres, families moving in that seem to often include grandparents and stay at home moms. Area is farthest legal living for NYPD and FDNY.
