Fun facts about your state

New Jersey has great tomatoes. I have since moved to Georgia and Florida and despite a strong effort, the tomatoes really didn’t grow in either place. The Garden State. Fueled by toxic waste.

You leave Warren Buffett off a list of famous Nebraskans!?

Warren is not news to anyone... the Oracle of Omaha is kinda his thing...
I also left off the College World S*ries... the Rode to Oma** don't want to actually spell it out... they are nuts about licensing rights to the term... not sure I am even legally allowed to say Omaha in June...

I represented some deputy sheriffs in Adams County. I met them to go over some facts of the case and then went to the 125 Cafe before leaving. It was on the corner of the street southeast of the courthouse in West Union. An hour after I headed back to Columbus, the building collapsed.

West Virginia's the number one obese state in the country.

West Virginia the only State flag with crossed rifles! Think positive snubbyfan.

Lizard Lick, North Carolina.

To this I would add the following:
Frog Level
Swepsonville
FlatRock
Beargrass
Ossipee
Osceola
Fuquay-Varina
Elk Knob
Goosecreek
Pettigrew
Jockeys Ridge
Raven Rock
Chimney Rock
these are just the ones that readily come to mind.

Lexington, N. C. is known for world famous Barbeque
High Point was at one time known as the furniture and Hosiery capital of the world.
Winston Salem at one time made a large number of all cigarettes and had one of the biggest tobacco auctions in the country.
Asheville is prominently known for Biltmore House one of the largest mansions in North America.

Yes but do you have a Bloody Dick Creek?

Named after the guy who settled nearby in 1860. Great trout fishing. The US forest service has a single cabin there available to rent

South Dakota, MT. Rushmore Vs. Crazyhorse Memorial

Mt. Rushmore was completed in 14 years, and had government funding. The Crazyhorse Memorial mountain carving started in 1948 and they are still carving in 2020, with no end in sight, and has had no government funding of any kind, by choice!
Who says government money cannot get something completed, and faster! 🤔
