Unless the path changes a lot and soon, Washington is already lost and will be unlivable before I am eligible to retire. As noted above, the whole I-5 corridor from Blaine to San Diego is completely devoid of any good sense.

BTW, since you are in the Sacramento area, go by rottsoffriends in Woodland adopt a dog for your kitties before you leave. Doesn't have to be a rottie ... but I am biased in favor of them.
