I haven't had any problem with mine so far,i've only had it about a month and only put two twenty five rounds boxs through it.

First, check to make sure that the mag spring isn't in backwards. The high side of the spring should be on the high side of the follower.

The Bodyguard mags have very weak springs, IMO. I use KelTec P3AT springs from Wolff in both of my .380 mouse guns. Much stronger for more positive feeding.

Sounds like it's gummed up. Clean it well and polish the feed ramp and top of the chamber.

what kind of ammo are ya using??I have over 600 rounds thru mine with no problems:cool:

Having sporadic FTF with my new BG too....
Yesterday was my 3rd time to the range.
1st time - I put about 100 rounds thru it and my wife had 2 FTF. I tested all three mags with my SD HP's and they were flawless.
2nd time - 2 or 3 FTF out of 100 (one was one handed)
3rd time - 3 or 4 FTF out of a box of 50 (one was one handed)
I'll be heading back with my HP's to do some more testing (costly), but if my HP's continue to be flawless, I'm not too concerned because that is what stays in it.

Could be the ammo. Test w/range ammo and then carry stuff to see where and when this crops up.
