I had to modify the rear sight cut out to fit a Glock Gen 3 sight, but I'm ordering them next week. I'm obviously grabbing the Trijicon RMR night sights, but what sucks is that I have to order the S&W RMR sights to get the front one!

When I had my slides milled the shop used a S&W tall night sight and a Glock rear tall night sight. I don't remember the part numbers but he used Ameriglo sights.

If you contacted Ameriglo they might be able to tell you which Glock rear sight you need to go with the S&W front sight.

FWIW, these Trijicon sights used to be OEM on LE box M&P optics ready models. The front blade height is 0.311" and rear blade height is 0.402". IIRC, the current Truglos are the same height. I measured before, but apparently forgot to write it down anywhere.
