Had an item listed for sale in the Accessories forum. Member mtice messaged me a we agreed to a price. So I marked the item “SOLD “. He messaged me wondering what was going on because he could no longer see the item in the Accessories forum. It only took me a couple of minutes to discover that the listing had been moved to the “Sold/Withdrawn “ section. This was new to me as well.
In the meantime I posted another listing of additional holsters that I had for sale. Didn’t know it, but I am able to post more than one listing because I am a supporting member as of today (yah, me!).
I explained to him where and why the listing had been moved and that I had done some spring cleaning and found other items. He insisted that the deal was shady because the original listing had been moved and because of the second posting.
mtice, when in doubt, you can look at a member’s profile by clicking on their name. If they have been here a substantial amount of time and have
multiple postings, it’s a pretty sure bet that you can trust them. Not being up to date on the forum rules and how things work is understandable. Refusing to show understanding when the situation has been clearly explained to you; well, there’s another word for that. Best regards to you anyway!
