muzzle end

I have a Model 67 that I bought new. Has about 150 rounds thru it. I noticed when I cleaned it the last time, that the muzzle opening is not perfectly round. It looks ragged. I don't know if that normal or not as this is my first S&W. It seems to shoot well but the last time I used it I was shooting ground targets ( cans ) so I don't really know,at this time, about groupings. I don't recall seeing the muzzle end it that condition but I am old.so maybe I missed before. Thoughts?

Seems good. runs all the way to the end of the barrel.

Put a flashlight up to the forcing cone and take a picture of the muzzle end. That would help instead of guessing.
