Wanted to post my model 29-2 8 3/8. I've had it about 10 years. It's an early N Prefix N20,xxx. Going by my book it should be around 1969-1970? One of my favorites.

That's a beauty, Rich! It's also something that I've never had in my collection before. I've never had an 8 3/8ths inch barreled revolver before. There are a bunch to choose from, and they used to be fairly easy to get, because folks preferred shorter barreled guns. I believe the prices on them has been increasing rapidly though, like on pretty much everything else. Thanks for sharing that gem.

I also have a model 57 41 magnum 8 3/8" that was mistakenly stamped model 29-2 from the factory. I should probably
Try to get a letter on that one.
