Hello all my first post,
I'd like to share my only S&W at this time, although I've had many.

It's a Lew Horton Special 627 PC 61/2". It's just 1 of 200 produced with the JMS prefix. Of course the C-More red dot was added as well as the cylinder release.
Other modifications I've done are a reduced power mainspring and a 13# rebound spring, nothing that can't be changed back to original.

This revolver has been used in a version of my club's Steel Challenge and Bullseye shoots.

Fantastic set up. If you run 38 short colts in it, you'll find the reloads are very fast.

Welcome to the Forum!!! And great first post. The mods that you made make that look like one sweet shooter!!! Thank you for sharing .:)

Those 6.5" 627 PCs are hard to come by. I lucked on mine several years ago, but still had to pay a pretty penny for it. She's still in a stock from the factory state:

S&W 627-PC 5" & 6.5" - 8 Rounds of .357 Magnum

Hi DDrag! Those previous photos are of the 6.5" variation, wearing Culina conversion (RB2SB Presentation) grips. I do have the original grips (illustrated in RK's pics).

Here is the 5" version of the 627-PC, for comparison.:)

The Galaxy9 pics do not do justice to these Culinas!;)

I like the S&W 627 Performance Center. If I were in the market for one I would want the 4". Personally, I am not into .357 Magnums. They are great and effective guns; don't get me wrong with those proficient with them are very well armed indeed! It is just a personal thing that I have handling the .357 Magnum due to its high pitch muzzle blast. For what ever reason a .44 Magnum does not bother me like the .357 Magnum does. Yea, I now I'm weird like that, lol. :)

Welcome DDrag! You will find this forum way more informative than the Facebook page where we ran into each other. Welcome!
