Greetings from Slovenia. A few pics of my K38 14-2. She's a beaut. ČIP SAYS 1966. Serial number says 1966. Shoots straight as a die. I regularly compete with this revolver and hasn't let me down yet.

I put thousands of rounds through this revolver. Still get a buzz from every round. Got problems getting parts out here. Back sight isn't original and an original is like finding hens teeth. I have many pistols but nothing gets the juices flowing then shooting my baby.

Nice looking 14! I picked up a dash 3 some time back. Was surprised at it's accuracy even though never shot competition. I had some .38 full wad cutter bullets that I loaded. Impressive. Bob

When you used the word "Baby" in your title, I expected to see a Baby Chiefs Special. However, a nice K38 can rouse parent like fondness too. Mine is a nice 1948 vintage example, made the year before I was, but I still treat it like my Baby.
For the record, which ammo available in Europe does your baby prefer? There is always a lot of discussion here about what to feed our "children" and what they like best.

I know what you mean about a rear sight. I needed one for a Mod 14 about 10 years ago, and finally found one for $125. I had to get it to get the gun back to original.
