I have only one real Winchester Model 1892 Carbine in .44 WCF. It has a low serial number, made in the second year, if I remember correctly.

When I heard that one of my friends died of a sudden heart attack, I bought one of the new Winchester Model 1892 Deluxe Takedowns, also in .44 WCF. I have it to memorialize him. I call it Vero's Rifle.

I also have Winchester Model 1892 receiver and a bunch of spare parts. That is a future project. I'm thinking of building it into a .25-20 rifle.

I'm a '92 fan as well but mine is a EMF (made by Rossi) in .38/357. I've taken several coyotes and whitetail deer with it. One of my favorite shooters.

Not sure what you're seeing, Wyatt. I don't have a rifle with a 3/4 magazine. The Bowning 53 is just a high-dollar 92 with a better finish, pretty wood and a HALF magazine, but that Marlin is full length.

Model 1889, predecessor to the 1894. 38/40 (can't be a 38 WINCHESTER Central Fire - Marlin did not allow the "Evil W Word" to be on their barrels). I believe I dated it to 1891.

I have 3 94 Trappers (30-30,357mag & 22rim) but only one Win 92 which is a nice rifle in 218Bee & is great to shoot!

113 years old and basically never seen daylight.
Been in my family for very long time.
Gonna hang on to it for a while longer.

This .32-20 saddle-ring-carbine dates from 1896 and is a special favorite for carrying on hikes.

I have a very much used somewhat tired 92 in 25-20. It was given me by a long departed very dear friend. I treasure it above all my other firearms.

Ok, most of yours are cooler and real Winchesters, but I still want to play. Here's my 1892 replica by Rossi, at least it is an early one from Interarms, without the stupid safety on top of the bolt. It's a 44 mag too, real fun to shoot.
