I only take it out once a year (on April 1st), because it's too risky as far as losing it is concerned. This year I took the Etherium outdoors and forgot to load it to keep it from floating, forgetting S&W designed it to be actually lighter than air - the metal is infused with helium. Before I knew it, it escaped my hands, and I had to jump to retrieve it. For those of you who managed to get one before it was discontinued, be aware that you need to load it before taking it outdoors, OK?

Thanks for the reminder. This is usually the day that I post my 3," square butt, Model 64 NY-1.

Your revolver needs to be, not degassed, but degaussed. Putting the positive lead on the front sight and negative lead on the hammer connected from your AC battery will solve your problem. May take until tomorrow to correct.
