It's time to take out the ultra-rare Etherium revolver from its vault and give it a thorough inspection. I take it out once a year to play with it for a while. It was a top-secret project at S&W to produce the world's lightest handgun - they succeeded beyond their estimates. Turned out that with the correct infusion of helium into the metallic molecules, they had a gun that was actually lighter than air! The project was then cancelled as being too dangerous if the guns got loose and fell into the wrong hands. This is one of just two prototypes and I was lucky enough to obtain it. Here's a pic I took of it as it gained altitude slowly and I had to hustle to grab it. Thought you might enjoy seeing it.

That was one nice gun, with a problem however, the one of a kind bullets made only by S&W were made with the same infusion and the rounds immediately starting rising out of the barrel and flew 20 feet over the target...could not hit the side of a barn from inside the barn...all round went through the roof......

I pre-ordered it today thru a new Chinese distributor. Can't "weight" to check it out and give range report. I hope they chamber it in .454 Casull.

Slight correction as a gun lighter than air might fly into the wrong hands but should not fall into them.

Well-Played!

Yet another fail by S&W. Yes, their Etherium revolver is lighter than air, which makes carrying it truly feel like you are carrying nothing, but S&W failed to give it a lanyard loop. Without a lanyard, if it is not holstered or in your hands, it will float away. :D

You won the Internet, yesterday!
