Those look good. I have a number of S&W revolvers that came with rubber stocks, immediately replaced them with Altamonts.

I've never really found stocks that'll pop when on SS. I have rosewoods on almost all of my blued revolvers though. Just a huge, huge bump in appearance, IMO.

Side note - that nice, white background the 686+ sits on is the unopened white wrapper from the SWCA Summer 2025 edition. I knew what it was, so I couldn't resist using it.

I like the Altamont roper grips on stainless. Particularly the olive wood.
