Hey guys remember when you say I wished I would have never sold this gun! Thirty some odd years ago after I was first married. I took my wife to the LGS to look at some handguns. There under the glass gun shelf layed a nickel S&W Model 10-5 with the 4 inch thin barrel. I picked this gun at the time because of the price. This little revolver proved to be very accurate on the local ground squirrels, rock chucks, etc. Used this gun to target shoot & recreational shooting tin cans etc. Got some urge later for something else & sold it. Then regretted for 30 years pr so. About 2 months ago I saw in our local gun listings online a S&W Mod. 10-5 the same configuration chromed & the 4 inch thin barrel I was able to get it for $300.00 the fit & finish are great. I have taken it out to shoot 2 times & it works great! I feel very fortunate to have found it. This Mod. 10 will complement my Mod. 66 no dash 4 inch nicely. My question is did I get a good buy or not paying $300.00 for it. Thanks for comments!:D

Two answers - a nice 4" nickel model 10 is worth $300 in today's market, and what you think about the price is most important despite what anyone else thinks. Kind of like a homecoming :). Enjoy!
