My new 9mm CORE....

Took the new CORE out today. Dropped an Apex FSS in her and put on a Trijicon RMR. Ran about 20 mags through her. Digging the RMR. Still figuring the sighting-in part. Tried shooting with both eyes open. Was able to run a plate rack pretty darn fast. I do not like the new backstrap texture. If anyone has a small either FDE or black, I would buy it. PM me. Gun ran as predicted like my other M&Ps. Trigger got better as the day went.

Bought it on Gunbroker. Probably paid too much, but I figured with the price of 17 round mags, the gun was cheap.
I'll probably sell off the three backstraps as well to offset the total.

Pretty close to retail, but the others on GB now are going past that. There is a 9mmL on there.
Here is mine as the sun set yesterday. I put the medium FDE backstrap on there until I get the small.
I do like the contrasting colors.

Really like how it sits there. Still learning how to shoot with it. I am getting better. Ran about 200 rounds through her yesterday. I am not sure how the 9mm drops from the 4" barrel. I was also shooting a mixture of ammo. I will get to the indoor range this week and sight her in at some exact yardage and see where that outs me.

Do you have any other parts for it? I got pretty much all of what I could get from Apex for mine and i'm wondering how it'll run. I'm wanting the 5" barrel because that's what i'm use to shooting Beretta M9's at work.

I've got an M&P 40 CORE and want to mount a Trijicon RMR. Yours looks great. I've been trying to find out if it co-witnesses with the pistol sights. Does yours co-witness?

who makes an adjustable rear sight that you can use the factory

I just got one and have not shot it yet....I put the small back strap on it and it doesn't fit perfect.....it sticks out just a bit where it is supposed to blend in on the left side....right above where it slides into the slot....
Does anyone else have this issue....it just doesn't fit flush like it should.
