That's pretty neat looking. Good job on color filling the lettering on your receiver btw.

Thank you for all of the positive feed back sir! I am very excited about how she is turning out. A two stage trigger and a better bipod (harris or atlas) and I will probably be done.

If your are looking at the Harris bipod, there really isn't much exception to the brand except the notched legs. The cheaper bipods like Blackhawk! are comparable. I sometimes have trouble with the Harris in really cold weather. Bipods and many other attachments will work loose in really cold weather from the molecular contraction. On the Harris, the clamping knob is just knurled with no screwdriver notch ... PITA tightening that knob with mitts on. The Blackhawk! clamping knob has a tool notch for convenience. Also, on the Harris, you have to purchase the quick adjustment knob for the swivel as an option. The cheaper Blawkhawk! comes with the knob. Also, on my Harris bipod, the swivel adjustment knob threads continue to stretch ... the swivel knob has yet to lock in the same position and requires further rotation every time the swivel is locked. This hasn't been the case with my cheaper Blackhawk! bipod.

No complaints on my Atlas bipods except that the leg lock buttons stick on occasion. The 45 degree leg cant is a nice feature.

I have an Atlas on my M&P 10 and I really like it. Seems well built and I like the look of it a lot. Looking forward to getting a chance to test it out in the spring.

Thanks for the bi pod info guys - I am looking forward to testing it out. Fortunately I live in Florida, and I am able to go out any day just about unless it is raining, or in my case the other day when (yes I am spoiled I know) it got down to 17 degrees here. We Floridians just are not used to that cold, at least im not.

Lol, it just got done being -25 here in MN. Today it was 29 and I was walking around with no coat on.......it felt HOT! :)

It will be 78 here today :) We are your polar opposite, this summer it will get to 105 + 100% humidity - which will make most peoples face melt off. :D

What part number is that? I did not see the engraved design on any ads? It fit the large frame ok I guess?

Nice one. Did you fill the color? If so, how and what you used for it? Because I want to fill color on mine, too.
Thanks

No sir it is lasered down to give it that appearance. You do no work other than paying and putting it on

Ohhhh color fill.. Yes there was actually a post on how to do it yourself on our m&p10 forum just look for it. I would recommend model paint, as well as non acytone finger nail polish remover for the bulk of cleaning up, and believe it or not, WD40 works for the excess ( really well.)

Don't waste your time color filling with model paint, etc. Use a lacquer stick. Rub it on, wipe off the excess, repeat as necessary, let dry
