I was able to take advantage of the nice weather today and get some pictures of one of my favorites.
I had been chasing a P&R model 27 that was both affordable and acceptable for more than a year when I lucked into this one. It's a dash two circa 1972 and came to me with the original serial numbered magna grips. The targets it has on are from ebay and are a very near perfect fit. I'm kinda proud of this one :)

So cool!!! I still want a 27 myself. Do have a 28 no dash, 6" though. Probably will never part with it. Enjoy your 27! Bob

Very nice looking 27 you got there!

I just went to the range with my 3 1/2", 5" and 6 1/2" 27s today. Ran around 200 rounds through them messing around. It's fun bringing a few to the range with different barrel lengths to feel the difference in the way they respond in recoil compared to each other. The 3 1/2" is definitely snappier, but still doesn't beat you up with hotter rounds.

Been looking at one in GA a few days. They're asking 899.00 with no box. Looks good but not sure about price. Mod 27-2 3.5".

Got the 27-2 p&r this week. Can't shoot it for a while. Had to get it shipped to home dealer. Bummer

Man o man that is a looker there is not many guns as fine looking as a wheel gun. Widow
