I was a member here awhile back when I use to post until I dissapeared for that reason I'll explain. I help take care of my mother who has Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Pre-B Cell she's in remission since 2012 she has the childrens kind of Leukemia. She's on the home maintenance via Chemotherapy pill. She finished her Chemotherapy rounds in 2012 at the cancer center where we live. She's winning her battle and her Hematologist and his team believe she will beat her cancer diagnosis.

I am so glad I have my mom around she's fighting strong!

Welcome back! I was wondering what had happened to you. You friended me me soon after you joined and I didn't forget it!
Happy for your Mom.!!

It's good to see you back. Your mom is lucky to have you for a son. I'm happy to hear that she is doing so well and that the prognosis is so positive. I'll pray for her continued improvement and eventual victory over her condition. God bless....

Yes sir, I remember when I first added you, I got sick with a Umbilical Hernia that needed to be fixed I was on bed rest for awhile it took a lot out of me. Then in June of this year I had to go under for Hiatal Hernia in which I had no choice but going under for surgery even that kicked my butt.

Welcome back and I am glad your Mother is beating that terrible disease.

Thank you Sophie. She's doing really well she has met a lot of doctors and nurses doing her Chemotherapy rounds that are standing behind her and praying for her cause they call her the Leukemia survivor star cause they never seen a person at my mother's age (59) at the time got in remission that fast December 15 of 2011 30 day stay for the Chemo induction then got in remission January 16th of 2012. When she got the great news that she's going home the doctors made their rounds earlier in the morning the head Hematologist now my mother's Hematologist doctor knocked on my mother's patient room door my mother said come in he came in with the nurses and care team and he said guess what? My mother said what? We have great news! The whole team said your going home you kicked that cancer butt! It light up my mother's smile the doctor gave my mother a big hug and my mother said thank you.

I have to admit all the doctors and staff really do take care of my mother. Glad to see some Doctors, PA's, Nurses do care for their patients.

Hope your mom wins her battle. Mom is one if the most important people. I'm the only one of the three boys my parents had that still lives in our hometown. Since I'm disabled I get the ability to see my mom four or five times a week. In that way I'm blessed.
