Bayh (D) voted in favor of the bill.
Lugar (R) - presumed, voted against it.
I sent email contact to both asking for their support, and mentioning that I would pleased to see that they supported it. Clearly, I am not pleased with Lugar. It seems to me that he has torpedoed pro-2A legislation in the past.
It turns out that there was a majority in favor - 58 votes - falling 2 votes short ofthe 60 it needed to pass. Exactly 2 presumed republicans voted against it. My pal Lugar, and senator Voinovich of OH.
Does anyone in IN know of republican candidates who might oppose Lugar in his next primary run? In my current mood I would volunteer my time to them.
